Our client is a well-established Australian freight and logistics provider with a strong footprint across the Sydney metro area. Operating from multiple strategically located depots the business specialises in general and time-critical freight, servicing a broad range of commercial and industrial customers.
The operation is known for its hands-on, safety-focused culture, well-maintained fleet, and stable workload. Drivers are supported by experienced operations and warehouse teams, with a clear focus on efficient metro distribution rather than long-haul transport.
About Us
An opportunity is available for an experienced HC-licensed Truck Driver to join a busy Sydney metro operation. The role is primarily focused on the daily operation of 14-pallet rigid vehicles, completing pick-ups and deliveries across metropolitan Sydney.
While the majority of driving is rigid truck work, candidates must hold a current HC licence and be capable of operating a semi-trailer on an occasional basis when operationally required.
The position requires flexibility to work across two Sydney depots, with days potentially starting at a southern suburbs site and finishing at a western Sydney location (or vice versa), depending on freight movements.
This is a physically active, hands-on role, suited to drivers who enjoy variety, multi-drop work, and being involved in depot and freight handling activities when required.
