Medical Calibration Engineer
Home-based role covering London and the South East. As a Medical Calibration Engineer, you will travel to client sites to service and repair sensitive medical devices and instrumentation in hospitals, health centres, and clinics.

Location: Home-based in London and the South East with occasional trips around the UK as required. Ideally, you will be living in London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, or Essex.

A successful, high-profile company providing calibration and repair services for medical equipment and healthcare instrumentation requires a Medical Calibration Engineer.
You will work from home and travel to sites to calibrate and perform basic maintenance (and occasional repairs) on equipment at hospitals, clinics, and health centres. After initial training, you will work independently but with comprehensive technical and administrative support. You will liaise with healthcare professionals daily in your work.
Requirements:
* Basic electronic debug skills, including the use of debug equipment.
* Ability to read and understand technical documentation and procedures.
* At least 3 years of commercial experience calibrating sensitive electronic equipment.
* Qualified to HNC/HND in electronics, science, or engineering.
* A clean driving license with good navigation skills.
As the face of the company on client sites, you should have a smart appearance, excellent organizational skills, good communication and customer care abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure. The role is suitable for individuals currently working as Calibration Engineers in medical equipment, electronics repair, laboratory instrumentation, or related fields, especially those knowledgeable in hearing, audiology, acoustic, and vibration instrumentation, and living within or willing to relocate to the specified areas.
