About The Role
This is not a traditional sales role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth throughout New South Wales by identifying, developing and converting new residential builder relationships while increasing market share across existing segments. Approximately 70% of your focus will be on winning new business and creating opportunity within the market, with the balance centred around strengthening existing builder partnerships and driving greater share of wallet.
You'll be given significant autonomy to build your territory, develop commercial strategies and influence the future direction of the NSW business.
For the right individual, this role offers a genuine pathway into broader commercial leadership as the business continues to expand nationally.
