Role Overview: As a Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our client's diverse portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to optimize property performance and functionality. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating agreements and monitoring service levels to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
