We are seeking experienced Pre-cast production workers or reliable people open to learning the skills to join the team responsible for manufacturing these game-changing pools at their state-of-the-art facility. Your Role & Contribution
You will be part of the dedicated team responsible for manufacturing our client's purpose-built, high-quality precast concrete pools. This includes:
* Welders: Fabrication and preparation of steel reinforcement cages.
* Concrete Finishers: Precision pouring, vibrating, and achieving a high-quality finish on the concrete shell.
* Labourers: Assisting with mould preparation, stripping, cleaning, and general production tasks to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the precision and quality required for an engineered product.
Mandatory:
* Open Drivers Licence with a clear history and own reliable transport.
* Strong commitment to safe working practices, punctuality, and reliability.
* Positive attitude and the capability to work effectively in a high-performing team.
Skills & Experience (Desired):
* Experience in a pre-cast concrete environment is highly desirable but not essential.
* Proven ability to use basic hand and power tools.
* Experience using cement-based materials and/or construction repair products.
* Familiarity with preparing and maintaining precast moulds.
* Experience with the pouring and finishing of concrete products.
