With a solid reputation and repeat clients, they're now investing in growth and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand their footprint.
You'll work closely with Owners/Directors, backed by capable delivery teams, and focus on building sustainable, relationship-led revenue.
About the role:
Drive new business across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, make-goods and associated services. Manage your own pipeline, build trusted industry relationships and convert opportunities from first contact through to handover.
Key responsibilities
* Generate new opportunities across commercial fit-outs and construction services
* Build relationships with architects, designers, PMs, agents and building managers
* Lead outbound activity, networking and referral generation
* Contribute to tenders, proposals and client presentations
* Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility
Skills & experience
* Proven Business Development experience in commercial fit-outs (essential)
* Background in construction, property or building services
* Experience managing tenders and longer sales cycles
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially astute, self-driven and highly organised
Benefits & perks
* $125,000–$135,000 base salary
* Attractive commission structure with OTE circa $175,000
