Supporting clients across Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania, we're growing our behaviour support team in Hobart and are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to supporting clients every step of the way.

The Role
We're looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Hobart) who can manage their own NDIS caseload and deliver high-quality behaviour support services. You will have access to the guidance, tools, and resources you need to provide clients with the best possible outcomes.
Your Week Will Typically Include
Managing your own NDIS caseload and delivering person-centred Positive Behaviour Support.
Conducting behavioural assessments, including functional behaviour assessments.
Developing and implementing behaviour support plans.
Participating in clinical supervision and multidisciplinary case conferences.
Communicating with clients, families, carers, and support coordinators.
Flexible work arrangements: in-community visits, office, and work-from-home options.
In This Role, You Will
Support clients to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes.
Develop clear behaviour support plans, including restrictive practices where appropriate.
Complete high-quality documentation and reports to meet NDIS and organisational standards.
Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals for holistic client care.
Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training, and reflective practice.
