East Coast Lubes (ECL) distribute MobilTM branded lubricants to clients throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory in Australia.
As an authorised distributor of Mobil lubricants, ECL have established a diverse client base and have offices and warehouse facilities in key locations to distribute Mobil lubricants and complementary products to customers throughout the entire region.
We currently have an opportunity within our Darwin office for a customer focused individual looking to further their career with a progressive company.
Reporting to the NT Manager, you will possess a strong work ethic with high levels of personal drive and energy, a can-do approach with the ability to positively contribute to a team environment.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a successful work history in telephone-based customer service and order entry/invoicing systems.
You will need to have a flexible attitude, be team orientated, strive for excellence within the customer service arena, and have a good eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Customer service – order taking, telephone and email enquiries, data entry as well as over the counter sales
Participation in and contribution to the site safety programme
Ensure a high standard of personal presentation and housekeeping of warehouse and offices
Additional Requirements
A current driver's licence
Ability to handle a multitask environment and work unsupervised
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Working hours are to be negotiated in consultation with the NT Manager and would most typically be normal business hours.
