We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join the team in Erskine Park!

As a Key Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs & requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

**Key Duties**
- Play an integral role in new business strategies and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Development and achievement of sales KPI.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business to maximise sales and constant growth
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and current customers.
- Enter, track and update leads on a daily basis via CRM software
- Assist in development of sales forecasting, revenue and closing strategy and other goals for assigned geographical target market area.
- Develop and execute short and long-range market strategies and goals with customers.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years in similar role within b2b/wholesale industry
- Proven experience managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of the steps of the sale and how to implement to maximise sales and customer retention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to problem-solve with effective negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Solar industry (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (word, excel)
- Proficient in G Suite (Google drive, G-mail, G-Calendar)
- Experience in using Drop box
- Ability to learn new software and processes

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Monthly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Erskine Park, NSW 2759: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
