The Position
This position will be based out of the Brisbane Support Office in Cannon Hill working Monday to Friday with occasional travel across different sites. This role may be offered as a Hybrid role to the right candidate. Reporting to the Manager - Operations Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract compliance through the following:
1. Scheduling resources across multiple sites
2. Entry of Service Calls
3. Entry of Timesheets
4. Purchase Order Entry and Management
5. Supplier/Contractor and Client Invoicing
6. Goods Receiving
7. Overdue Service Call management
8. Collect and compile asset register information
9. Generation of monthly Preventative Maintenance Work Packs
10. Conduct analysis and report on Work Order activity, Trade utilisation and KPIs
11. Provide system training to site users
12. Assist in mobilisations – setting up maintenance offices and the required workflows
13. Travel to site to fill in for site staff or mobilise new contracts
14. Other ad hoc tasks as required
The Person
15. Microsoft Office suite experience and high level of computer literacy
16. Experience with database and reporting systems
17. Knowledge of Pronto especially in the application of Service or Facility Management - desirable
18. Strong attention to detail
19. Team Player and able to work autonomously
20. Flexible approach and attitude
21. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
22. Ability to travel to site as required
23. Facilities maintenance experience preferable
