We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Allied Health Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
This role will involve conducting thorough assessments of candidates with diverse needs, providing counseling intervention services as needed, referring clients to additional support services, and evaluating progress. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with medical professionals and community agencies to provide holistic support to our clients.
* Conduct thorough assessments of candidates with a range of disability and barriers to employment.
* Offer counseling intervention services as needed via face-to-face and telehealth, utilizing various psychological methodologies.
* Refer clients to additional external support services to help address barriers.
* Evaluate progress and monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
* Liaise with medical professionals and community agencies on behalf of clients.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in psychology or a related field, with eligibility for registration with APHRA or ACA/PACFA.
* Experience working within employment services or a related field, although not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
