Marketing Data Analyst - Customer Onboarding at Mutinex, Chippendale, Queensland, Australia

About the team
Our Marketing Data Analysts partner with customers to integrate their marketing and sales data into GrowthOS, our flagship media decisioning platform. You'll work with complex, high-volume data sets, transforming through our proprietary, AI-driven solutions to enable advertisers to make informed media and marketing investment decisions. This role requires prior experience with marketing or media data. You'll leverage SQL and Python extensively for data wrangling, cleaning and transformation.
The role
As a Marketing Data Analyst on our Customer Onboarding team, you'll be instrumental in Mutinex's growth by ensuring seamless customer integration with our suite of product solutions. Reporting to the Head of Data Solutions and collaborating closely with our Onboarding Manager, you'll guide customers through data integration via our DataOS platform.
Responsibilities
Lead technical data onboarding for new GrowthOS customers
Analyse and validate diverse marketing data sources for platform compatibility
Collaborate directly with customers to clarify data requirements and optimise data supply strategies
Partner with Marketing Scientists and fellow Data Analysts to refine onboarding process
Provide customer feedback to Product and Data Science teams to inform platform development
Drive the development of new analytical capabilities for automating data quality reviews
What we are looking for
1 year or more commercial experience in roles that require analysis of marketing data
Marketing/Media Data Analysts experience is ideal or you've been in Data Analyst roles with exposure to Marketing/Media data
We're also looking for
Strong customer-facing ability including communication, stakeholder management & time management
Experience performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
