Job Description
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients realize the full value of Class technology through the development and execution of a coordinated program of engagement.
This role is predominantly focused on ensuring clients are using Class technology effectively, demonstrating efficiency through best practice, unlocking innovation through the release of new features/functionality, and soliciting feedback to our product/development teams.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Additionally, you will develop and execute Business Reviews, focusing on building trusted relationships with clients, and promote Class training and education programs and integrated partners to clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work with clients at all levels to deliver exceptional service and support.
