The Working Environment
* Full‐time, studio‐based role
* Based in Surfers Paradise
* Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
The Role
* Lead full end‐to‐end project lifecycle delivery including briefing, concept, documentation, and construction
* Manage scope, budget, programme, and resourcing
* Lead design direction aligned with client vision, budget, and constraints
* Oversee high‐quality documentation (DA, BA, IFC)
* Coordinate teams and consultants to deliver clear outcomes
* Ensure compliance with NCC, standards, and regulations
* Maintain project quality, clarity, and efficiency
* Mentor and support junior architects and graduates
* Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment
* Manage tendering, procurement, and contractor selection
* Administer contracts and construction phase services
* Review RFIs, shop drawings, variations, and claims
* Help shape the culture, standards, and future direction of the practice
A Successful Candidate
* Registered Architect (Australia) with local project experience
* Strong experience delivering complex residential or mixed‐use projects
* Confident leading projects independently and managing multiple priorities
* Highly detail‐oriented with strong coordination skills
* Solid understanding of construction methodology, detailing, and structural coordination
* Experience with precast / modular systems highly regarded
* Exposure to costing or development‐side thinking is a strong advantage
* Advanced Revit skills + Adobe Suite
* Strong communicator: pragmatic, clear, and solutions‐focused
