Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Description:
Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients of all ages in acute, aged care and community settings.
You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Your expertise and experience will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of providing exceptional healthcare services to our community.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for working with diverse populations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification;
* Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist;
* Experience: At least 2 years of postgraduate experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rural setting;
* Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams;
* Other: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations when required.
