Call Centre / Booking Administrator (Work From Home)

Mr Roadworthy is expanding and we're looking for a reliable, well-spoken Call Centre / Booking Administrator to support our busy office team.
This role is focused on taking inbound calls, booking jobs, and assisting with day-to-day office operations using our online systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound phone calls and respond to online booking enquiries
* Schedule and manage bookings using ServiceM8 (training provided)
* Provide clear, accurate information to customers regarding services and availability
* Liaise with the office team to ensure bookings are completed correctly
* Maintain accurate customer records and booking details
* Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional phone manner and customer-focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Basic computer literacy and ability to learn booking software
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Previous call centre, customer service, or administrative experience
* Experience using ServiceM8 or similar booking/CRM software
* Experience in a service-based or automotive-related business
