The Canberra Theatre Centre is looking for a highly capable Executive Administrator (EA) to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team during a period of exciting growth, including the development of a new 2,000-seat Lyric Theatre.
This is not your standard EA role. It's an opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic arts organisation, supporting major productions, high-profile stakeholders, and a team shaping the future of live performance in the ACT.
About The Role
You'll keep the Executive Director's office running seamlessly, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing papers, and supporting key projects. You'll also play a role in opening nights, VIP ticketing, and stakeholder engagement across government and the arts sector.
