* Conduct market research to stay informed about housing industry trends.
You will be confident, approachable, and driven to succeed in a sales environment while providing an authentic client experience.
* A strong track record in new home sales is essential.
* Familiarity with second dwelling regulations for granny flats is beneficial.
* Knowledge of current residential market trends is crucial.
* Experience with KDR & renovation projects is necessary.
* Proven success in converting leads into sales is required.
* Knowledge of the building industry and architectural plans is advantageous.
* Ability to build great relationships is key.
* Good IT system knowledge is desired.
* Availability to work weekends may be required.
