Job Title: VET and Careers Development Specialist
About the Role:
This Senior School seeks an experienced educator to lead pathways, VET, and careers education programmes across the Senior School.
The successful candidate will oversee student pathway counselling, support VET enrolments, coordinate Work Experience, and collaborate with staff, families, industry partners, and training providers.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for career guidance, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring students receive relevant information about post-school options.
We are seeking a professional with strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and a sound understanding of WACE, VET requirements, and senior secondary curriculum.
