Leveraging a strong global presence, advanced R&D; capabilities, and a commitment to innovation, the company plays a pivotal role in enabling the shift toward cleaner energy systems.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic legal advice on statutory interpretation, regulatory obligations, and compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including EPC and battery supply contracts, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employment contracts.Partner with operational, commercial, and HR teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.Develop and implement strategies to identify, mitigate, and manage legal risks across the business.Ensure statutory and contractual obligations are met, fostering a culture of compliance and governance.Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams, regulators, and industry partners.About YouMinimum 10 years' post-admission legal experience, ideally gained in both a top-tier law firm and in-house.Proven experience in the energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors, with a strong background in EPC contracts and battery supply agreements.Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial outcomes.Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities under time pressure.Confident working independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary and global teams.Mandarin language skills an advantage, but not required.This is a unique chance to contribute to a company that is at the forefront of energy innovation.
