**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Manage construction costs from feasibility through to delivery
- Responsible for variations
- Manage tender documents, contracts, budgets
- Complete work efficiently, safely, and to required quality standard.
- Follow job card instructions.
- Follow team leader instructions.
Ensure the successful execution of concrete-related tasks and projects, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of Miraplex projects.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in quantity surveying.
- White Card Certification.
- Valid drivers license.
**About You**:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- Reliable.

- Strong work-ethic.
- High attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
