As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the field service team.
Your primary duties will include managing site entry forms, overseeing the field service truck fleet, ensuring accurate inspections, answering calls, daily job filing, and handling customer queries.
You will also be responsible for organising new starters by arranging access, uniforms, and raising purchase orders (POs). Additionally, you will manage purchase requisitions and oversee the purchasing process.
Other key responsibilities will include handling time capture reporting, organising work scope books, maintaining archives, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
You will also be required to manage training requirements and conduct safety and contamination control audits.
