The Role:
* Manage your own portfolio of SME clients across tax, compliance and advisory
* Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and management reports
* Provide strategic advice around cash flow, forecasting and business performance
* Support business structuring, new entity setup and ongoing compliance
* Work closely with Partners while mentoring junior and intermediate staff
About You:
* 5+ years' experience in Australian public practice
* CA/CPA qualified
* Strong technical capability across tax and business services
* Experience with Xero or similar cloud‐based systems
* Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
* Proactive, organised and capable of working autonomously
