The Customer Relations team at the City of Melbourne exist to care for our customers as much as they care for our city. We have a passion for providing excellent customer experiences and producing great customer outcomes.

**What you will bring**
- Ability to demonstrate and display City of Melbourne Values - accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence.
- Relevant experience in a Contact Centre environment and/or customer service experience and demonstrated customer service skills including telephone (call centre environment), Face to Face and Written Communications.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and balance priorities and work under limited supervision.
- High emotional intelligence with proven ability to empathise with customers.
- Excellent computer and keyboard skills and great attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to adhere to a changing roster.
