* Provide high-level customer support via incoming calls, displaying politeness, efficiency and professionalism.
* Handle inbound reservation sales and related tasks.
* Responsible for reservation and ticketing functions.
* Respond to general customer enquiries with clarity and precision.
* Support travel agents and airport locations in a professional manner.
* Offer assistance to internet customers.
* Assist with administrative duties including case management, call data entry and refunds.
* Support Queensland operations in live-check-in and freight services.
Essential Requirements
* Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable, preferably within a call centre environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong computer skills and adaptability.
