We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinical Education Specialist to join our team in Broken Hill, NSW. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment providing clinical education and training to healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote a learning culture that supports innovative practice across mental health, drug and alcohol services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current Authority to Practice as a registered nurse with AHPRA
* Holds a relevant clinical or educational post-registration qualification or 3 years of clinical experience in mental health nursing and education
* High level communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of teaching and facilitation in adult learning principles within the healthcare environment
* Demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills to individuals or in group settings using the practice development framework
* Demonstrated knowledge of competency attainment and assessment processes
* Computer literacy including planning documents, reporting schedules and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Word; ability to pull data from hospital systems to inform educational resources
* Clean and current driving license and the ability to travel with the requirements of the role
