Due to an increased demand for our products in Melbourne, we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our young and dynamic team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and/or prepare work shop drawings for submission and approval.Raise allocations and job sheets for materials required to complete works.Ensure product is supplied to site in a timely fashion.Monitor and ensure that our programme fits within the construction programme for each project.Coordinate and/or perform site surveys.Ensure ITP, quality check and quality control is completed for every project.Visit sites as and when necessary to ensure that contracts are being carried out correctly and the high standard of installation is being maintained.Plan for subcontract labour or our own install teams to install the product range.Coordinate multiple projects at a time.Attend and organise project coordination meetings.Coordinate or prepare documentation required to complete each project.Organise Environmental Health & Safety Systems and Risk Assessments for projects.Ensure all works for each project you are assigned is completed.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEIt is preferable to have qualifications in Diploma of Project Management (BSB51413).National Induction for Construction (White Card CPCCOHS1001A).Driver's license (class C).Apply First Aid (HLTFA311A).WHS Risk Management for Supervisors and Managers.Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.The ability to think and react quickly.Excellent time management skills.5 years previous experience in the construction industry.You will report directly to the State Manager - Victoria. The salary packages offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
