Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop, design and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with business needs
 * Lead recruitment drives, including engagement with schools, universities, and attendance at job expos to build talent pipelines
 * Proactively source high-quality candidates using diverse channels
 * Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers to identify top talent
Requirements:
 * Demonstrated expertise in senior recruitment, preferably within a comparable sector
 * A strong understanding of recruitment strategies, innovative sourcing techniques, and talent pipeline development
 * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
 * Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring
 * Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
