OverviewOzlocal is an Australian Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT support across hospitality, retail, and SME clients.
We require a highly capable remote IT support technician to join our team, working alongside our lead technician.
The successful applicant must be comfortable in an MSP setting — juggling multiple client requests, managing priorities, and working with our RMM (Atera) to deliver structured support.ResponsibilitiesHandle Level 1/2 tickets across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and hardware.Manage Microsoft 365 tenant migrations (mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups).
Administer Intune policies, Teams, and OneDrive setups.Work with Atera for monitoring, ticketing, and remote access.Document solutions and update knowledge base.Escalate complex cases appropriately while ensuring end-user satisfaction.RequirementsPrevious experience working for an MSP (or equivalent multi-client support environment).
Strong skills in Microsoft 365 migrations and administration.RMM experience (Atera preferred, but Datto/Kaseya/SolarWinds accepted).
Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs).
Strong troubleshooting methodology and ability to work independently.Fluent English and good written communication.Availability during Australian business hours.Nice to HavePowerShell scripting for automation.Cybersecurity awareness (MFA, conditional access, Defender).
