**About the role**:
If successful, you will coordinate and undertake the design, development, delivery and review of high-quality educational resources and compliant online and digital learning content and practices across all Programs;
and support teachers and Education staff in building engaging, student-centred activities for hybrid environments that are utilised in class or via relevant platforms.
**To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria**:
- A current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- At least 3 years' experience in teaching accredited courses in an adult education environment; including experience in the development of technology-enriched curricula and implementing digital pedagogies, and sound experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop curriculum, innovative digital/online high-quality learning and assessment resources for blended and online learning environments in VET/Foundation Studies
- Well-developed interpersonal, relationship building and project management skills to liaise effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders and to efficiently manage resource development projects
- Understanding of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF), Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), VET Quality Framework, Skills First, SEE, AMEP and ACFE policy frameworks and delivery requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in the development of online/digital learning activities and resources using a variety of learning platforms and contemporary approaches in learning and teaching
- Strong demonstrated ability to identify development needs, and develop and deliver training and professional development sessions (including digital skills) to employees in an adult education setting
- Thorough knowledge of and ability to deliver of a range of Foundation skills and VET programs
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels, both autonomously and co-operatively in a team environment
- Detailed working knowledge of adult learning pedagogy, TESOL delivery and the funding and regulatory environments in which a Registered Training Organisation operates
- Demonstrated ability to assess program needs and consult project outcomes to address identified teaching and learning needs
- The ability to use, adapt, adopt and evaluate learning technologies
- Demonstrated positive values of integrity, reliability, teamwork and professionalism and demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement principles
