Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate delivery of lubricants
* Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
* Support the Depot Manager, Scheduler and other depot staff
* Scheduling the local Lubricants Truck
* Lubricant inventory administration and processing responsibilities
* Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Day to Day Processing & Reports
* Work with operational support teams within the business (HSSE, HR, Compliance, Fleet, Finance teams)
Experience & Skills
* 2 years minimum experience in Administration or a similar role
* Forklift licence required
* HR or LR licence minimum
* Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
* Experience in administration/warehousing
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
* Initiative and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously
