We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer within the Addictions Program at CatholicCare Sydney. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to clients within our program.
**What you'll be doing**
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing general administrative support for the Practice Manager and Program staff and is the initial first point of contact support for enquiries and requests for information from clients, members of the public and government agencies
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Being the first point of contact for clients requiring support for themselves or for family members affected by mental health and gambling issues
- Participating in and attend meetings as specified by the sector, business partners, and the Practice Manager
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the program with electronic filing, maintaining records, preparing documents for meetings, and taking enquiries from stakeholders
- Preparation of materials and resources required for the facilitation of program/client work
- Assisting with program and project support including undertaking basic research and report preparation
- Supporting financial administration of programs including processing fees, record and reconcile financial statements and banking
- Providing reception relief as required
**What you will need**
- Strong experience in an Administrator role, with expertise in supporting a client-focused program desirable
- Experience managing financial administration program
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience assisting with the development of systems and processes
