The Role
We're seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure.
This hands-on role involves resolving technical issues, managing complex systems, and contributing to transformation projects.
The position requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotating roster to ensure network availability and rapid incident response.
Your New Team
You will join a team of 10–11 network specialists passionate about technology, collaboration, and innovative infrastructure solutions.
The team emphasizes knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement within a flat organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues
Configure and operate network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN
Perform monitoring, performance tuning, and trend analysis
Maintain and improve network documentation, processes, and disaster recovery plans
Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call roster (with additional weekly allowance)
Support project delivery and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately
Mentor team members and share technical expertise
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in network operations and support within complex enterprise environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of: Cisco Nexus & Catalyst switches, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, QoS, Palo Alto Firewalls, Meraki SD-WAN and Wireless, AWS Direct Connect, Megaport, F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler
Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
Solid understanding of network security best practices
Industry certifications such as CCNA, Meraki Solutions Specialist
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable: CCNP, PCNSE/PCNSA, VoIP knowledge, ACI, Genesis, and SASE exposure
