The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist (General or Clinical) to join our supportive team in Maitland. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is wanting support from a well-established, professional practice.
At Thriving Minds Clinic, we pride ourselves on offering a holistic suite of psychological services designed to empower individuals and families. Our clinicians provide thorough assessment and testing, including cognitive, educational, developmental, and diagnostic evaluations.
We work with clients from all walks of life, including those who are neurodivergent, have experienced complex trauma, or are navigating anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, and other mental health conditions. Our approach is warm, evidence-based, and inclusive.
Location: Maitland
Engagement: Full-time, Part-time or Contractor positions can be considered
Start: March-April 2026

Board Approved Supervisors
Essential Criteria
Psychologist: Full General Registration or Clinical Registration with AHPRA (Clinical endorsement welcome but not required).
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
First Aid Certificate (Or willingness to obtain)
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centred care.
Graduate or new graduate level psychology experience is acceptable for this position.
Desirable (But not required)
Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and report writing.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Interest in working across a broad client base (children, adolescents, and/or adults).
