About the Role

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
You'll greet patients and manage appointment bookings, handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth, process payments and Medicare claims, and manage correspondence, patient files and clinic documentation.
About You
You'll be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a genuine passion for patient service.
To succeed, you'll bring previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a healthcare setting, strong computer and administrative skills, a polished and professional manner with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining composure and empathy.
