About the Role


Yalagan Group is seeking experienced and highly professional Welders to work on a Shutdown / Installation Project located at Anderson Point in Port Headland, Western Australia.


About You


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction sector, with skills in pre-assembly, installation, and construction. The project is expected to follow a 2-in-1 roster, starting in late August and continuing through early October. The role offers competitive pay rates and potential project extensions, making it a great employment opportunity for Welders of various experience levels.


Duties and Responsibilities


1. Weld small and large components such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines.
2. Operate specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee related equipment.
3. Maintain and repair machinery as needed.
4. Inspect welded surfaces, structures, and components for errors.
5. Follow and enforce safety regulations, including the use of heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
6. Monitor machinery for proper operation and temperature.


Required / Desired Qualifications

* White Card
* Current and Valid Driver's License
* Construction experience
