House Surveys is seeking an experienced and motivated Surveyor to join our team, based remotely in Toowoomba.

Your Role and Impact:
* Project Contribution: Play a key role in highly technical and exciting construction and cadastral projects, contributing to their success and quality.
* Surveying Excellence: Conduct precise and accurate surveys, ensuring high-quality results.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all surveying tasks.
* Fieldwork and Office Tasks: Engage in a diverse array of tasks, including fieldwork, office calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and processing.
* Client Interaction: Liaise with internal personnel and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.
* Innovation: Utilise advanced surveying technologies and methodologies, driving innovation in all your projects.
What You Bring:
* Expertise: Proven experience as a surveyor, with exposure to cadastral and construction-based projects being highly regarded.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using 12d software and Trimble Survey equipment
* Qualifications: Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying, with registration from the Surveyors Board of Queensland as a Graduate Surveyor or higher being highly regarded.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.
* Passion: A strong passion for working with a top-tier team of professionals, contributing to significant projects.

* Proven experience in property development surveys
* Strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
