We are currently looking for an experienced Optical Manager to join our Glenunga Optical team.
Optical Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
* Inspire and lead the optical team to deliver outstanding service to our customers to ensure they get the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
* Provide support and training to their team in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
* Manager rosters and timekeeping for all optical team members
* Ensure our optical stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
* Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers
People who excel as Optical Managers consistently demonstrate:
* Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of optical needs
* A methodical approach, and attention to detail
* A flair for fashion, and helping customers choose a frame that suits them
* Ideally possess a Certificate IV in Optical dispensing.
* The proven ability to lead an optical team
* Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services Optical by National Pharmacies offers.
