About the Job

* Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork, including resident records and medical documentation.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Requirements

* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in customer service or administration.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain good communication skills.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
