Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

5. Disassemble and inspect engines and related components with attention to detail.
6. Carry out repairs and part replacements according to technical specifications.
7. Perform routine maintenance to keep motorcycles operating at their best.
8. Test and fine-tune components to guarantee reliability and safety.
9. Maintain detailed records of work and warranty data for compliance purposes.
10. Uphold workshop safety protocols, fostering a safe working environment.
11. Mentor junior staff and apprentices, sharing technical knowledge.
12. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and outcomes.
13. Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on motorcycle technologies.
