Joining our Growth team means you’ll help take Prophet to market, supporting enterprise brands as they solve critical commercial problems, shape smarter strategies, and unlock the full value of their marketing investment.

About the Role

As Sales Enablement and Development Lead, you’ll play a vital role in powering Prophet’s growth engine in a hands-on, hybrid role blending sales enablement and active business development. You’ll spend approximately 40% of your time on sales operations and enablement, building decks, crafting RFP responses, refining collateral, and operationalising outreach campaigns, and 60% on active sales development, from prospecting and executing outbound campaigns to nurturing early-stage opportunities. A key part of this role is leading and operationalising our sales tech stack, ensuring we have the right tools, automations, and workflows in place to drive efficient, high-impact outreach and empower the entire growth function.

You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Marketing Science, and Leadership teams to ensure every touchpoint is precise, impactful, and aligned with Prophet’s bold market vision.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Growth team with high-impact sales assets, including pitch decks, RFP and tender responses, and client presentations.
* Lead and optimise Prophet’s sales tech stack, owning tool management, automations, and data integrity to enable scalable, data-driven growth efforts.
* Operationalise and execute outreach campaigns and sales sequences to drive new pipeline opportunities.
* Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
* Drive early-stage relationship building with enterprise prospects, setting the foundation for deeper engagements.
* Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy to ensure clear visibility and informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders to shape compelling, insight-driven sales narratives.
* Contribute to the evolution of Prophet’s go-to-market playbooks, sales processes, and enablement best practices.

What You Bring
* 3–4 years of business development, sales enablement, or sales operations experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
* Strong understanding of the marketing, media, and advertising ecosystem.
* Experience managing sales technology tools and executing outbound campaigns (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Clay, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in creating decks and articulating complex value propositions.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong bias for action and outcomes.
* Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and thriving in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
