About the Role
A transformative opportunity exists for a driven finance professional to join a fast-growing consumer business operating across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, this role will oversee all aspects of financial control, reporting, tax and compliance, while providing strategic support to commercial and operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial control, accounting and reportingfor the ANZ business
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audit and taxactivities (including the administration of excise tax)
Develop and maintain robust financial governance and internal controls
Partner with global and regional teams to align reporting and performance metrics
Lead and manage local ERP implementation (From Business Central to Oracle)
Mentor, coach and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability
About You
Experienced finance professional with several years in financial control leadership positions, ideally within FMCG, Beverages, Retail or Consumer Products
Proven background in process improvement and systems implementation
Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) with strong technical knowledge
Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable operating in an everevolving environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Resilient, proactive and driven to create lasting impact
