About the Role
As a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Officer, you'll work closely with residents, families, and the care team to design and deliver a dynamic and person-centred lifestyle program. Your mission is to enhance emotional, social, and physical wellbeing through meaningful experiences tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individual and group activities that support holistic wellbeing
* Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for residents
* Collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure programs align with care plans
* Encourage resident engagement and independence through active participation
* Maintain accurate documentation and resident lifestyle plans
About You
* A genuine interest in aged care and resident wellbeing
* Aged care experience is preferred but not essential for this role
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or working towards) preferred
* Experience in planning recreational or therapeutic activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathetic, creative, and proactive approach
