Your new role As Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering change strategies that drive engagement and adoption across members, advisers, and employers. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of product changes, regulatory initiatives, and strategic projects.Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute end-to-end change management plans and communications. Support product updates, regulatory changes, and business transformation projects. Collaborate with Customer and Adviser Marketing teams to align messaging and timing. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Product, Distribution, Marketing, and Project teams. Identify opportunities to enhance engagement beyond communications. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in change management within financial services (Wealth and Superannuation experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of financial products, compliance requirements, and customer pain points. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Experience managing execution through third-party providers. Adaptability in fast-paced environments and ability to manage multiple priorities. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
