Senior Marketing Ops Funnel Manager
This role is focused on optimizing the marketing funnel for Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead this effort.
* Lifecycle management to ensure seamless customer journey: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer engagement, from initial contact to conversion.
* MQL ownership to drive sales growth: Analyze data to identify opportunities and develop plans to increase leads and conversions.
* Upsell processes leveraging Salesforce and Marketo: Implement and optimize processes to upsell existing customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS setting, with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of success.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need excellent communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
