* Locations: Parramatta (NSW), Surry Hills (NSW)
* $60.26/hour + super
* Contract till 31 December 2026 with possibility of extension
* Hybrid Work Arrangements
* Weekly Pay

Our client, a Federal Government agency, is seeking experienced
APS6 Case Managers
to manage complex AAT matters and support participants within a government program. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sensitive and high-impact cases.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

* End-to-end case management of AAT matters
* Analysing complex cases and developing resolution strategies
* Applying alternative dispute resolution techniques
* Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings
* Preparing briefs, reports, and documentation for outcomes
* Managing risks and competing priorities
* Maintaining accurate electronic records

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

* Experience in individual case management, especially with vulnerable participants
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* High-level analytical and problem-solving capability
* Strong written skills, including executive brief writing
* Ability to manage complex and sensitive caseloads
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment
* Ability to interpret legislation and policy to reach resolutions
* Background in law, therapy (OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy), case management, insurance, or dispute resolution
