We're currently seeking an experienced Section Waiter to join our front-of-house team and uphold the high standards our guests have come to expect.
Your Role:
As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for managing your own section during service and ensuring each guest receives attentive, polished, and knowledgeable service from start to finish. You will be an integral part of the guest experience, delivering Antica's signature hospitality with confidence and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Confidently manage a section of up to 4–6 tables in a formal dining setting
* Deliver attentive, seamless table service including à la carte menu knowledge, wine pairing recommendations, and dietary accommodations
* Present and explain menu items with accuracy and flair
* Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
* Set, maintain and reset tables to the highest standards
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback proactively
* Support the broader FOH team and contribute to a smooth and collaborative service
* Uphold Antica's professional presentation and service etiquette at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a section waiter in a premium or fine dining environment
* Strong knowledge of food, wine, and Italian cuisine is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* A calm and composed manner in a high-paced environment
* Availability for evening and weekend shifts
* A passion for hospitality and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
