About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales professional to join our high-performing New Business team. As a Logistics Sales Professional, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint across Australia and making a substantial commercial and operational impact on our clients' supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategically identify new opportunities, develop call cycles, and thoroughly qualify leads and sales prospects.
2. Develop and maintain a multi-sector pipeline of new business opportunities and manage it effectively.
3. Deliver an exceptional sales process from lead generation to onboarding, with support for closing complex deals.
4. Gain cross-functional knowledge of efm's operating model to offer tailored solutions to prospects.
5. Participate in onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth transition.
6. Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years' experience in a sales role or logistics and supply chain management.
2. Genuine passion for sales and curiosity about business models, processes, and workflows.
3. Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
4. Proven success in sales and KPI achievement.
5. Ability to work independently and engage with all aspects of the business.
6. Self-motivated with a drive to excel and earn rewards.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge the status quo.
8. Analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
9. Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
