Regional Health is seeking applications from enthusiastic individuals for the
position of Community Home Support Services (CHSS) Receptionist to provide reception, administrative and office support to ensure administrative functions, including intake within the
Community Home Support Services Department function effectively.
Tasks:
* Greet all visitors and clients presenting
to Community Home Support Services Reception and telephone calls in a professional,
welcoming and prompt manner
* General support of Community Home
Support Services office to ensure that clients and staff have access to timely
assistance with enquiries
* Collecting and entering patient
details into computer systems
* Daily software data entry including
all Microsoft programs, Uniti and Outlook
* Participate in Central Intake
process and requests
* Administration support and other duties
as requested
