The job entails technical leadership and hands-on involvement in the installation and maintenance of agricultural equipment.
Key responsibilities include resolving complex mechanical issues, maintaining quality standards, and reworking where necessary.
* Resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and auto-electrical issues.
* Maintain quality standards and rework where required.
* A trade qualification in Mechanical or Diesel Fitting is preferred but not essential.
* Five years or more experience in a similar mechanical role.
* Demonstrated diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
As part of this role, you will be working on various projects including:
1. Fault identification and rectification using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve mechanical issues.
2. Equipment maintenance to ensure high performance and reliability of agricultural equipment.
3. Quality control to maintain industry-standard quality levels.
